It's not exactly a membrane design, but not truly mechanical either. Still, Topre keys are quiet and actuate at only 5 g, making them worth considering if you want the lightest touch possible in something a little more durable than a membrane and KailhA lot of second-tier peripheral companies keep costs low by using Greetech or Kailh switches instead of Cherry MXs. Greetech and Kailh are both inexpensive Chinese switch brands. I hesitate to say "cheap," because both brands feel fine; they're just not premium products. Greetech and Kailh switches generally imitate Cherry colors and styles, meaning that a Greetech Red will feel like a Cherry MX Red, a Kailh Brown will feel like a Cherry MX Brown and so Das Keyboard 4C with greentech switches. If you have the money, I'd recommend going for a peripheral with authentic Cherry MX switches. Sehingga membuat switch yang satu ini terasa seperti semi mechanical, Tapi jangan salah lho Topre ini justru yang paling mahal harganya berbeda dengan keyboard semi mechanic yang lain. Topre switch terasa seperti linear tapi tactile dan topre tidak seberisik mechanical switch yang lain. Topre juga terasa lebih mulus jika di tekan, oleh karena itu Topre banyak disukai para keyboard enthusiast. Kailh dan Outemu Source / Kailh dan Outemu adalah mechanical switch buatan china atau para keyboard lover menyebut nya dengan sebutan Cherry MX Clone/MX Knockoff. Itu memang benar karena mereka mencuri Design dari Cherry MX itu sendiri, Tapi kenapa harganya lebih murah? Karena mereka tidak perlu mem-patentkan produk mereka dan tidak perlu mengeluarkan biaya untuk keperluan Research and Development R&D. Walaupun di sebut MX CLONE, kualitas Kailh dan Outemu switch tidak sebagus dan se awet Cherry MX original. Kailh dan Outemu juga tersedia dalam berbagai macam switch yaitu RED,BLACK,BLUE,BROWN,dan CLEAR. Gateron Switch Source Sama seperti Kailh dan Outemu Gateron adalah Cherry MX Clone. Akan tetapi Kualitas Gateron jauh lebih bagus dari kaihl dan outemu bahkan Cherry MX itu sendiri. Sama seperti Cherry, Gateron juga tersedia dalam berbagai macam jenis. Romer G Switch Source Logitech Website Romer G adalah switch exclusive yang dibuat oleh Omron untuk keyboard Logitech. Tujuan di buatnya switch ini adalah untuk menyaingi Cherry MX. Karakteristik switch ini mirip dengan MX BROWN yaitu 45g tactile non clickly akan tetapi dengan key travel yang lebih pendek yaitu Optical Switch Optical switch belum lama keluar, Berbeda dengan Switch lain yang menggunakan Metal Contact Optical menggunakan sinar Infrared dan Detector. Optical switch memiliki Key response tercepat dibanding switch yang lain yaitu ms dan umurnya juga lebih awet dari 50 million-200 million press/tekanan. Dan seperti switch yang lain, Optical juga tersedia dalam berbagai macam jenis dari linear dan tactile. Kesimpulan Sekarang kalian sudah tahu jenis-jenis switch yang di gunakan mechanical keyboard.
